Announcements for the week beginning

Congratulations to our High School graduates who graduated from Bruning Davenport yesterday Theresa Elting, Lynlee Krupicka, and Lichelle Schroeder.
Wednesday at 7:30 P.M. come enjoy a fun evening of entertainment provided by the St. Peter’s School Students! Skits, songs, and their own version of “Are you smarter than a St. Peter’s student?” are all being prepared for your enjoyment.
May 20, the School Students and teachers will go bowling in Hebron for a final PE activity.
May 21 is our closing Chapel service and 8th Grade graduation at 10:30, followed by a pot-luck meal. Each family is asked to bring a hot and a cold dish to share, table service and drinks will be provided.
Join Hands Day 2008 is set for Saturday, May 24 at 9:00 A.M. you are all invited to meet at the Davenport Community Park to waterproof the wooden equipment. This national volunteer day brings youth and adults together to help others, improve communities, build lasting relationships and have some fun. Bring a bucket and brush for sealer, refreshments will be provided by your Congregation’s Thrivent Ladies. Hope to see you there!
We will need about 100 large pinecones for one of our VBS crafts. If anyone has some to donate, please call Paula at 364-2309. Thanks!
Come join us Tuesday May 27th – Friday May 30th for a FUN Friendship Trek Adventure! It’s Vacation Bible School for ages 3 – grade 6 (grade just finished). We will adventure from 9 – 11:30 each day and learn more about Jesus our Savior.
Graduation cards are available at the Christian Resource Center, in the Parish Hall.
